Company Description
• Collection of monthly rent from tenant
• Initial inspection of property.
• Quarterly inspection of property (making sure tenant is following lease rules and property is being well maintained).
• Fields any questions or concerns tenants might have.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs with tenants, and landlord.
• Collect quotes for repairs and discus options with landlord.
• Conduct eviction if necessary.
• Provide profit and loss statements at the end of the year.
• I’m also able to coordinate getting the property ready for next tenant
• Tenant Acquisition fee is two fees (1. 50% of 1 month rent (less aggressive) 100% of 1 month rent (more aggressive))- I can go into further details of the difference if interested.
