CP Management was established in 1986 and has since become New Hampshire's #1 third party property manager that focuses on both residential and commercial property. Our company headquarters are located in Exeter, NH. We also maintain offices in Portsmouth, NH, Manchester, NH and at our residential communities throughout New England.
We have been under consistent local ownership for over 20 years and the vast majority of our portfolio is within 50 miles of our Exeter, NH office. Currently we manage approximately 4 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space in addition to ~2,500 residential units including both multifamily and condominium associations.
