Our Property Management services include marketing rental properties, overseeing maintenance, accounting, and more. We can offer these services on a flat fee, a la carte basis; or as a percentage of revenues depending upon the property and the needs of the owner. We find the flat fee generally works best for an absentee owner who is not renting their property, but wants a professional to watch over it in their absence.
