Our other fees-
We charge a $250 Leasing fee on the first month's rent. Then,only $50 when a tenant renews (when applicable). Our fees get paid out of the incoming rent collected. Funds are then direct deposited to our owners. Owners never pay for management fees when a property is vacant.
We have No JUNK fees, start up, inspection fees, admin fees, advertising fees or maintenance coordination fees.
We also do NOT hold YOUR money back in reserves for repairs. We understand it is YOUR money. Owners can choose to be contacted for each repair needed if they so choose to approve repairs individually.
We advertise on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), AHRN, Military, Sarges List, Craigs List, Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia and many others!
We are able to rent properties very quickly. Our owners choose the price they want to charge for the rental per month!

In the event of an eviction or when court action is needed we partner with a trusted local attorney. This is to ensure a speedy resolution and keep costs low for our owners.
Our tenants are required to complete a thorough application including credit check, criminal background, eviction history, rental history and employment verification. Our owners are involved with our tenant selection.
