INSPECTIONS

We provide property inspections on an bi-annual basis, or more frequently if conditions warrant. We also have our maintenance people submit inspection reports and alert us to any unusual activities or undue wear and tear.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND ACCOUNTING

We will send you monthly statements by mail or email, whichever you prefer, and our year end statements will make your tax preparation a snap. We also offer direct deposit of your monthly checks if you prefer not to get a paper check in the mail.

EVICTION SERVICES

We use all of our managment skills to prevent evictions, but sometimes even the best of intentions go wrong. Don't worry, we've got that under control as well.
