Miller Laine Property Management is the Eastside’s Premier Management Firm. We strive to provide the highest quality of Professional Management Services to our Clients. We offer both Full Management and Leasing Only Services.

Rental Market Analysis.

Miller Laine provides free Market Analysis of Rents for your property. We bring comparable properties for you to review during our first meeting. If we are taking over Management of a currently leased home, we will review all documentation including your current Lease agreement.

Marketing.

Your property will be marketed online through sites like Craigslist with a well-designed HTML flyer, Trulia, Google, Hotpads and Social Networking sites. We also list your property on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service where local Broker’s and Relocation Agent’s will have access to your property. The level of marketing and online exposure your property receives is second to none. This assists in delivering our goal of maximizing rents while minimizing time on market.

Screening.

Miller Laine provides a detailed background check of all prospective tenants. We verify employment and income, as well as review a full credit report and FICO score. A minimum of 2 year’s rental references will be verified. We also do a Local, State, and National background check.  This detailed screening process is an Owner’s number 1 tool when qualifying a tenant.

Lease and Move in.

Once a tenant is approved. We will write a Lease specific to your property’s needs. We conduct a detailed move in report consisting of written documentation and photos. Prior to the move in we will coordinate any work that may be needed including cleaning, yard work, lock changes, or maintenance issues.

Full Management.

Miller Laine offers Full Management services for you and your property. This includes Rent collection and Lease enforcement. Miller Laine is on the forefront of Technology with the latest in Management software. It offers Owner portals for Real-time access to your accounts and statements through the Internet or through a mobile app. Tenants have online access to view their balance, pay their rent, or send maintenance requests through their own tenant portal. Miller Laine is dedicated to providing the highest-level service to you and your tenant. We perform walkthroughs twice per year, and the occasional drive by of your property.

Maintenance.

All maintenance requests are coordinated by Miller Laine. When the tenant issues a service request, a Licensed, Bonded and Insured Vendor will be contacted and sent out to address the issue.
