Our web-based program allows for everyone in the community to communicate with each other without the need of keeping up with individual e-mail addresses. You can easily invite all of your neighbors to a community pool party or annual meeting and receive responses right to your e-mail. All this, along with viewing your account statement and making payments online at no cost to your membership.

Emergency on-call assistance 24/7 all year and from a real person. No answering services or machines here. Your emergency call will be directly routed to your property manager.

Maintenance Planning:

It does not matter if you have onsite or contracted maintenance personnel. Having a clear plan of what your maintenance needs will be in the future is imperative for proper maintenance of the community.

Financial Planning:

We take the financial status of our communities very seriously. Not only will the board have 24/7 access to the financial reports, including invoices, but we will also assist the association to prepare for reserve studies, audits, budgets, tax planning, and exemptions.

Effective Homeowner Communication:

Effective communication helps establish harmony in the community. The more effective the communication, the more successful the management of the association will be. A difficult aspect of communication is assuring that owners within a community have the opportunity to receive and/or access information easily. Collection of Both Regular and Special Assessments:

United Legacy provides monthly statements to each homeowner. We assist in the collection of homeowner assessments, fines or other monies due. We send out monthly reminders of delinquency notices to any owner in arrears of dues or fines. We also oversee collection services with board approval.

Board of Directors Education:

Establishing board roles and responsibilities and keeping it focused on governing wisely is paramount to helping ensure the board and the association is successful. Every homeowner association board has three primary fiduciary responsibilities: to support governing documents, uphold interests of the association and to act in the best interest of the association.
