Company Leadership:

Kawika K. Burgess is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Real Property Management Alliance located in Honolulu, Hawaii. With over a decade of real estate and management experience, Kawika has worked for some of the largest institutional landowners in Hawaii.

Prior to starting Real Property Management Alliance, Kawika served as the Chief Operating Officer of the 13th largest landowner in Hawaii. There Kawika managed the day to day operations of approximately 170 staff, an annual operating budget of nearly $40m, and oversaw the landholdings of over 26,000 acres including 30 acres in Kakaako Makai.

Kawika was also the Land Asset and Operations Manager for Hawaii’s largest private landowner. While there he oversaw the management, planning, and development of over 13,000 acres including commercial, residential, agricultural, and conservation properties.

He received his bachelor’s degree from  the University of Hawaii at Hilo and attended graduate courses in urban and regional planning at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
