What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet with the home owner and inspect the property to give a detailed report of items needed to be repaired where necessary or completed before a new tenant (if applicable) is to be placed in the home.

Once the home is ready to be marketed and rented a management contract would be drawn up between the home owner and PPM, LLC.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?

We collect the first month rent as a resident placement fee for finding a qualified resident and then 10% of received rent thereafter. This guarantees you the highest dollar for your rental. If we do not collect for you we do not get paid! Period!

Resident placement fee is only charged once in a 12 month time period.

Renewal fee is 50% of first renewal month collected.

In 2012 I worked with Harley Property Management to prepare two apartment communities totaling over 550 units to be placed up for sale. We not only re-vamped the units and communities, We exceeded expectations by reaching an NOI over previous year by 62%
