Morgan Property Management, LLC, specializes in single-family community association management. We also work closely with developers in the transition phase of a build-out, leading to association control. Managers work closely with the Board of Directors in assisting with the financial, administrative and operational policies for your association. We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our clients at a reasonable cost.

Mike Morgan, President, founded this company as a result of the need to work closely with the Board of Directors and homeowners on a more personal level. We have found, from past experiences in the community association field, that most management companies often grow too large and acquire numerous properties making it impossible for managers to effectively carry out their duties as an agent for the association.
