Prospective tenants can come to our website to search available listings, view multiple photos, and even take a virtual tour (on select properties).  Your tenants can pay rent online and submit online maintenance requests from the convenience of their home, 24/7.

In-House Maintenance

Our in-house maintenance division, CPM (Certified Property Maintenance), is an integral part of our property management services.  We have a full team of skilled maintenance professionals that are able to respond quickly and perform the majority of maintenance services needed. Our staff knows their properties inside and out.  The result is extremely fast turnovers which reduces loss of rent during vacancy, 24/7 maintenance emergency response which reduces property loss, quality workmanship to hold the value of your property, and your tenants remain satisfied. In addition, when an outside vendor is needed we typically receive a discount due to our large volume and we in turn pass these savings along to our clients.

Integrated Leasing

As Property Manager, we know the details of your property and the local market better than anybody. Our commercial property management and leasing teams share information and work together to find the right tenant and lease your property fast. Your property is marketed on all well-known commercial real estate premium websites including Loopnet, CoStar, City Feet, etc. as well as with our unique unconventional methods (sorry, we can't share our competitive advantage!).  We also show your property 7 days per week so no opportunity is missed.

Landlord Representation Only:  We provide commercial real estate leasing services only to property owners so there is never a conflict of interest. 

Maximum Web Presence:  Times have changed. The majority of prospective tenants now start their search on the internet. We market your property on premium websites (plus approximately 30 small sites) for maximum online exposure. 

Professional Marketing:  We include more detailed narratives, multiple pictures, and video tours of your property.  Perform a quick search online and you will see that many competitors only include a few sentences and a couple of pictures.  According to Loopnet dot com, our listings are displayed in search results at least "97% more than similar listings". Of course, professional onsite signage and brochures are always included as well. 

Tenant Accommodation:  Flexible scheduling including same day showings by senior staff.
