We prepare the lease agreements and any associated forms, including required California disclosures, and a Move-In report, to be executed by the new tenant. We provide the tenant with copies of rules and regulations regarding occupancy of the property, maintenance, etc. A copy of this lease and other corresponding documents are then digitized, and always accessible in the owner/tenant portal 24/7.

Collection and Disbursement of Rental Charges and Fees
