Your property will be syndicated to the leading rental listing websites, such as the Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia, Postlets, and Craig’s List, to obtain maximum exposure.
As licensed Realtors, we will negotiate and draft your lease agreement, as well as keep you in compliance with disclosure requirements, city and/or county ordinances, and CA Health & Safety Code.
Online Applications & Tenant Screening
Applicants apply online, and with the assistance of a third party vendor, a comprehensive tenant screening is conducted, including a credit check with score, background check, and identity verification.
Rent Collections & Security Deposit
Tenants have the option to pay by check or electronically through our online portal to ensure timely rent processing. The security deposit is held in a trust account dedicated solely to your property.
Coordination of Repairs & Maintenance
We have relationships with trusted vendors to coordinate the repair of any issues that may arise. Tenants have the option to put in maintenance requests through their own online portal.
Accounting & Reports
In addition to receiving monthly cash flow & year-end reporting statements, you will have access to detailed, up-to-date accounting reports through your dedicated owner’s portal.
