AH Management provides two management options suited for most clients’ property management needs. We are also able to accommodate more specific property management requests and can create customized management plans that fit our clients’ unique specifications.
Management Options
Turn Key Management Option:
- Conduct Rental Market Analysis to evaluate rental price
- Tenant placement service – Marketing each property on over 150 top Real Estate websites
- Screen applicants, prepare and execute leases
- Collect all monthly rents and security deposits
- Conduct routine property inspections pre-, post- and during tenant occupancy (photos and inspection report are provided)
- Provide 24-hour online and phone emergency service
- Provide customized monthly owner statements
- Provide owners access to the owner online portal
- Provide owner distributions via electronic payment (EFT)
- Provide customized year-end reports (profit & loss statement and 1099 form for annual tax purposes)

- Collect 1st month’s rent and security deposit
The owner then assumes the lease and security deposit responsibility throughout the lease term
