  • $100/month fee for rental properties up to 2,800 sq. ft. of finished space
  • $150/month fee for rental properties with between 2,801 – 4,800 sq. ft. of finished space
  • $200/month fee for rental properties with over 4,800 sq. ft. of finished space
  • New lease/tenant procurement fee of 75% of the monthly rent rate
  • Flat fee of $75 on renewed leases
  • No fee for vacant properties
