Fees

We are now offering new clients 60 days of complimentary management service through the month of February. 

Our standard management fees equal to 7% of monthly rental gross with a onetime leasing fee of 70% of the first month’s rent (if tenant procument is needed). Would you prefer just solid marketing and a pre-screened tenant for your property? Would you like little to no services, IE accounting services or maintenance services only. No problem, we also have al-a-cart services for homeowners who need just a little and not a lot. We are able to provide cost friendly management solutions to residential owners.

Evictions

Our goal is to find the right tenant the first time around. However if for some reason we need to proceed with that process we work with affordable attorneys who provide those specific services at low cost. Doing the process, we will coordinate the necessities such as, appointments, arrangement and filing of district court documents and applications, tenant accounting records etc. We will strive to make this process as easy as possible.
