At TMK, the principal, Tricie Kohut, has over 28 years of community association management knowledge & experience and focuses on supplying a small, boutique style of Association Management. Our personal approach to our communities and consulting clients results in a high level of attention and customer service. We're also participating members of the CAI NJ Chapter & CAI PA & Delaware Chapter, IREM as well as the National Notary Association, verifying a high level of professionalism for a small business. Our professional designations are held by both organizations and proves our dedication to continued education in the industry.
