TLC Real Estate and Financial Services, "The Landlord's Concierge" (TM), is a full-service management company.  I offer high-end services at everyday prices.  TLC Real Estate maintains an exclusive portfolio to enable me to provide clients with the highest level of personalized care.

Rental Properties:

My pricing is simple and static.  I charge a flat commission of ten percent of the gross monthly rent. And, unlike other managers, I don't charge additional fees later so I'm actually cheaper than most (and much easier to budget for).  My fee gets you rent collection, maintenance supervision, bi-annual interior inspections, evictions, advertising and leasing, monthly accounting statements, and more.  I take care of everything from putting toilet paper in vacant units to filing small claims paperwork for you so you never have to worry.  And, I won’t surprise you with hidden fees later. Charging leasing fees, advertising fees, show-up fees, and miscellaneous administrative fees are not uncommon in my industry, but they won't happen here.  My mission is to make your investment property as stress-free and predictable as possible.  

Homeowner Associations:

I charge a flat monthly fee of $10 per unit.  This includes fee collection, maintenance supervision, monthly drive-by inspections, default actions, newsletters (if applicable), payment of bills, monthly accounting statements, and an annual budget report.
