West Rental Management offers full service property management and leasing only services for owners that do not need full property management.

Tenant Placement

We maximize rental incomes by finding and placing quality tenants. With our advertising continually running on over 50 websites, we take numerous calls daily to keep units fully rented. We conduct thorough credit checks and reference checks on every applicant, and any other screening that may be required. We have flexible 7 day a week showing times to maximize your potential market. We supply all legal documentation including leases and notices. We also provide a two week follow up to make sure the tenant is settled.

Maintenance

In addition to taking care of regular scheduled maintenance, yard care and pool maintenance we provide 24 hour emergency service to our tenants and owners to make sure we are there taking care of those little surprises that inevitably come up.

Inspections

Approximately every 90 days, we make a thorough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside of your property. This helps us insure your property is being properly cared for and there are no unattended issues.

Rent Collection, Processing, and Reporting

Our Company is highly systemized and uses advanced technology to provide you with readily available, easy-to-read, and accurate owner statements at moment’s notice.
