Analytical financial reporting, operating budget preparation, cash flow management, audit trail establishment, monthly financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, remittance and depositing, assessment collection, delinquency collection, payroll processing, reserve and asset management, tax filings and financial correspondence.

ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL

Board of Director and Membership Meeting coordination, committee assistance, minute book maintenance, insurance coverage negotiation, membership newsletters, rule drafting, rules and regulations enforcement, re-sales processing, resolve complaints, general correspondence and file maintenance.

PHYSICAL PROPERTY SUPERVISION
