Company Description
A full range of services including accounting, finance, administrative, clerical, physical property supervision and maintenance are available to The Beach & Company's clients. By custom designing specific services, an Association can take full advantage of a "tailor-made" management program to satisfy their particular needs. ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL
Analytical financial reporting, operating budget preparation, cash flow management, audit trail establishment, monthly financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, remittance and depositing, assessment collection, delinquency collection, payroll processing, reserve and asset management, tax filings and financial correspondence.
ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL
Board of Director and Membership Meeting coordination, committee assistance, minute book maintenance, insurance coverage negotiation, membership newsletters, rule drafting, rules and regulations enforcement, re-sales processing, resolve complaints, general correspondence and file maintenance.
PHYSICAL PROPERTY SUPERVISION
Property inspection maintenance and service contract negotiation, employee and sub-contractor supervision, bulk purchasing, routine and preventive maintenance planning, employee training, major repair and capital improvement project coordination.
MAINTENANCE
Staffing of personnel, contractors, landscape design, installation & maintenance, architectural controls, pest control, swimming pool & landscape supplies.
