Tenant Screening
All of the tenants are carefully screened and prequalified to eliminate troublesome situations and expensive periods of vacancy. Part of the tenant screening process includes determining that the tenant has a history of taking care of properties and making their rent payments on time.
Tenant Retention
At the same time, we strive to maintain the property in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition for the pleasant use and occupancy of the tenant. Our immediate handling of all maintenance and customer service issues insures the retention of the best tenants for longer periods of occupancy.
Evictions
Over the years we have been forced to evict very few tenants and this is because of the careful screening that is done during the showing of the property and the processing of the tenants rental application. Monthly Rent Distribution
