- Individual monthly income/expense statements per property, including year to date.
- If requested Mortgages and HOA fees paid in a timely manner.
- Hold security deposits in escrow, account for any deductions and return the remainder.
- 24 hour emergency maintenance contact for service.
- Coordination of emergency and routine repairs.
- Periodic property inspections, coordination of preventative maintenance programs.
