Simple Property Management was founded in 2012 with only 4 units under contract. Simple Property Management worked very hard and in just a couple years has grown to have many, many more units.
My name is Jon Smith, and I own Simple Property Management. I am very passionate about building a team around the property management industry that will help to raise your bottom line! My team can handle single family homes and multi family rental properties.
