Our Fees are Straightforward

Our fees are straightforward and low compared with other property management companies. We can offer great value because our technologically advanced systems allow us to spend less time behind the scenes and more time directly serving clients and tenants. Our Leasing and Marketing Fee is 80% of one month's rent as long as it accompanies a property management contract. For comprehensive property
management services we charge 8% of each month's rent (minimum $200). If you prefer to find your own tenant, that is fine with us - we can manage already leased properties for the same 8% rate, and you can save the cost of the Leasing and Marketing Fee. We also offer free comparative market analyses to help new income property owners determine the value of their rental.
