Our firm has been performing property management services since 2006, and we have many satisfied clients.
Our residential program includes the leasing and maintenance of single family and multi-family homes as well as vacation rental homes. We advertise avaialble rentals through a wide network of syndicated websites, including Realtor dot com, Craigslist, HotPads, among others. Our screening process ensures that only qualified tenants are able to schedule appointments to see and rent your property. We inspect our rentals quarterly and perform routine and scheduled maintenance as well as handle unexpected maintenance and calls from tenants.
Our property management accounting system provides complete record keeping for your property, including work-order and maintenance reports showing a complete record of interactions with the property.
We have over 15 years of experience being commercial and residential landlords, and we know what is important to you. We treat each property as though it were own, keeping an eye on the bottom line.
