Orion Management Partners focuses on efficient, personalized services. By maintaining low manager to property ratio we are able to develop closer more personal relationships with the properties we manage. We take the responsibility of keeping your property maintained and cared for very seriously.

Orion uses  Buildium Property Management software to manage all of your properties financial and day to day operations, with monthly reconciliations, quarterly reporting, budgeting, and annual audits completed by our CPA. Our software allows 24 hour access to all financials and accounts to board members and access to individual accounts, online maintenance requests, online dues payments, and access to all governing documents.

Service & Maintenance

Orion works with licensed and insured   contractors to ensure that our properties receive quality service the first time. Our after hours vendors are on call for emergencies 24 hours 7 days a week.
