With on line payments, and automated systems we provide monthly accounting.

Evictions

We try to avoid evictions, by staying in touch with tenants, and monitoring accounts, but we do manage evictions, as the need arise.

Prices

We provide 3 options, to meet your needs:

  1. 1.       Lease Only ,  6% of theannual lease, we find, qualify, collect the security & first months rent, get the lease signed. You take over and do the rest. (Great for the DIY guy).
  2. 2.       Full Management, 6.9% of rent or $100 whichever is greater. We do everything to manage your property, and manage the evictions.
  3. 3.       Deluxe Full management, 10%of rent includes all the above,  and the cost of the eviction up to $800.00
