Company Description

In addition to our commitment to the developments where we serve, we are also involved in a much larger sense.  For example: the owner is a Boardmember of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Coral Springs, member of the Chamber of Commerce, and member of Toastmasters.  We enjoy knowing other businesspeople throughout the community and have a reputation for honesty and speaking directly.  We serve all of Broward County.

We are available to discuss business in the evenings and on weekends.  We love this business and working outside of normal business is not an inconvenience for us.  We live by a Mission Statement and Five Core Values.

We conduct monthly accountability meetings to go over progress and finances.  Within 24 months, you will have a different community.  That's our commitment!

Some of our recent successes have been:

  1. Paying off a $26,000 PAST DUE water bill that was being invoiced at an additional $2,500 a month, within ten months from accepting the account.
  2. We do not special assess to meet the expenses of day-to-day operations.
  3. Pursuing unit owners for past due fees by either liening their property or intercepting rent that is due the landlord.  In one case, we brought the delinquency rate from 37 out of 62 units to 16 out of 62 currently.
  4. Implementing a parking decal system so you know who is living in your community.
  5. Implementing or cultivating an existing process whereby prospective buyers and tenants need to apply and be approved to live in the development.  No matter the location or appearance, when a respect comes from the top, it filters to the rest of the owners and tenants in a community.
  6. Formulating a game plan from the start to maximize all that the landscaping has to offer.  Trimming palm trees and bushes and installing mulch can add as much as a paint job for a lot less money.
