Our senior management team is experienced in the court proceedings involved in the foreclosure process and the appointment of a receiver. We participate in the legal process with our clients and attorneys, striving to work sensitively and fairly, keeping our eye on the best interests of all parties throughout. We work to ensure that the Order appointing a Receiver is adequate in its scope and authority, provides the necessary tools for a smooth transition and delivers the financial flexibility to maintain and create value in the asset. We also recognize that time is money, and do our best to minimize the time the asset is in receivership to maintain cash flow, and facilitate efficient, successful disposition.
