Company Description

Key Property Services of Michigan, Inc. (KPS) believes that quality employees are critical to the success of Property Management, and we operate within a philosophy of strong community managers. Each manager receives formal training. In addition, they receive training in KPS service philosophies and procedures, customer service and employee and resident motivation. When you contract with KPS you not only receive the expertise of the Community Manager but your Association shares in all the resources available within the company (administrative, financial etc...).Within KPS standards, the Community Manager, in concert with your Board of Directors, would be responsible for:

  • containing costs
  • physically maintaining the property
  • supervising contractors' work
  • collecting dues
  • reviewing invoices
  • requesting payments
  • maintaining the computer property management system

The strength of KPS is financial management. We take care to provide financial reporting that is as self explanatory as possible to Board members even those with limited or no financial background.

The Next Step

KPS is understanding of each communities individualism and varying needs. We have structured our services so you can choose the services that best serve your specific requirements. It is our intent to provide superior service at a competitive price with no hidden administrative expense.
