7. We are experienced in handling applications for Section 8 tenants as well as ensuring rental units meet Section 8 requirements.
8. Should you have a vacancy, we will advertise your property at no cost to you and find a quality tenant as quickly as possible. Our Fees are reasonable.
9. We have a website, www.kcrla.com, where prospective tenants can go to look at available rentals and current tenants can go to view any notices or communicate with staff members.
10. We offer free eviction service – your only cost is the $81.00 filing fee.
11. We offer free civil suit service, which is used to collect from past residents who have not paid their balance. See our details on this matter.
