 Hamilton Investment Properties Community Housing Organization("HIPCO") is tax exempt non profit association of income producing  property owners who offer property management and investment advisory Free to Members.  HIPCO is now specializing in rental properties for low- to moderate-income families, the low income elderly and persons with disabiliies needing supportive housing.  As a nonprofit organization we offer our extensive services well below market value.  Our members enjoy professional property management at no cost to them, and non member services are priced well below other companies due to our non profit status.

Hamilton Investment Properties Inc.was founded in 1980 by Alex Hamilton. Jr. First as a ("CHDO")Community Housing Development Organization that assisted with the revitalization of communities, Our goal still is to offer low- to moderate-income families the opportunity to live in safe and affordable housing. With more than 30 years of experience, you can rely on us to provide proper housing as owner and/or management of your investment property.

We are an I.R.S. designated 501( C )3  Tax Exempt Community Housing Development Orgaization that manages properties for our members.  Our members pay no management fees. Membership Fees and Dues are Tax Exempt ion in accordance with La, R.S. 47:301.  We are a quasi public organization in accordance with La.R.S. 24:513.  So,  even other Management companies use our services
