Ashley & Bruce are excellent landlords. In the 10+ years I have been renting in Chittenden County; Ashley has been the best landlord I have encountered. She is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. She and Bruce will come by the house to mow the lawn and fix or improve anything with the house. Throughout the years I have had multiple landlords that did not care about the property and neglected it. Ashley and Bruce are easy to get a long with and I really respect them for that.
