3. Distribution of Rent

a. We offer ACH direct deposit for our owners. There is no charge to the owner for this service.
Many times owners have there funds in there account by the third of the month.

b. We also can send owners a check for their proceeds as well. Checks are mailed as soon as rent is received.

4. Maintenance Services

a. We are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

b. We can handle the complete call for you providing the repair services for you or we can notify you if you wish to handle this yourself.

5. Our Fees:

a. We only get paid when you get paid. There are no up front fees to use our company.
