Leasing and Brokerage Services

Our transaction management systems will keep you appraised at all phases of the leasing process: from available prospect lists to proposals to negotiations to final terms of the deal. 

Receivership Services

As appointed receiver, our primary objectives are to work directly with lending institutions to stabilize the physical asset and records and protect the income stream. Leveraging our experience with Asset Management, Development, Construction and Property Management, FGG is able to quickly identify all problems as well as articulating the costs and timing required to implement them. Receivership services include, but are not limited to: 

  • Preparing and filing all Receivers' documents and serving all appropriate parties
  • Full and accurate auditing of accounts receivable and accounts payable to determine the true financial assets and liabilities 
  • Provide physical assessment of asset and staffing levels at the property 
  • Reviewing, renegotiating, and optimizing all tenant and vendor agreements as required 
  • Oversight and direction of on-site property management team 
  • Secure all financial assets and implement appropriate reporting 
  • Facilitate final resolution of property through foreclosure or sale 

As a full service brokerage with in-house legal and accounting personnel, FGG is able to manage leasing, sales, construction, contract negotiation, ownership restructuring and other critically needed services as a single point of contact to lenders.
