All of our vendors are fully insured and qualified to do every job in a reliable cost efficient manner. We carry workers compensation and provide health insurance for our employees. All owners are notified with a phone call from the maintenance supervisor before a repair is made. There are no surprises.

Efurd Maintenance In-house repairs are documented with digital camera and can be viewed by the owner of each property.

All repairs are coordinated with the tenant, linking appropriate vendor skill with repair need.

Here is what we offer in service through Efurd Maintenance LLC. Some repairs and maintenance items require outside vendors. Our outside vendors are fully insured and offer quality service. Owners know in advance how repairs will be handled and by who.

If our repair/emergency line rings at any time during a 24 hour day, 7 day a week, 365 day period, we will answer the phone or call back whoever is calling, in a timely manner.
