24 Hours On Call - Emergency Service

This service is provided to clients to assist in situations that threaten individual or community property. Cornerstone Land Management facilitates the appropriate response to emergency situations.

Property Services

• Perform routine property inspections.
• Arrange site reviews
• On request - arrange and attend routine walks service providers.
• On request - arrange and attend contract walks for all capital improvement projects.
• On request - assist with organization and implementation of Neighborhood Watch
•   program.
• Perform all routine maintenance such as: lawn care, snow removal, winterization of property.
• Perform most non-routine maintenance and capital improvements that do not require a license, ie: plumbing and electrical
• Special Requests, ie: errands, groceries, airport pick up and delivery as well as many other tasks.

Support Services

• Communicate with Owners/Board members to understand their issues and find appropriate solutions.
• Issue work orders and monitor contractor performance to make sure work is completed promptly and to the satisfaction of the Owner / Board.
• Issue notices of violations of Association rules and regulations.
• Preparation and disbursement of written documents.
• Disbursement of "Welcome" packets for new owners
