CCM is proud to be a full service property management company that facilitates all aspects of your income property management.

When placing tenants we handle:

  • All advertising through multiple channels as well as facilitating showings.
  • Tenant screening including full credit and criminal checks, current and previous residence, and employment verification.
  • Signing a one year lease-unless otherwise intructed.

Once tenants are place we handle:

  • Monthly rent collection.
  • All non payment issues start to finish.
  • All violation notices.
  • All work orders, either completing the work with our in-house staff or contacting you directly to handle any repairs needed.
  • Monthly reports with the rental proceeds attached as a check or automatically deposited to your account on the 20th of every month.
  • Year end reports.
  • Periodic property inspections.
