We provide full service management, in a personalized way. We work with "do it yourselfers", or provide 100% service. Our online systems permit emailed statements and auto-deposits of your rental proceeds. But we still send paper statements and checks if that's what you want. A successful company must be systematic, however, we have multiple systems to accommodate our clients.

Our offices are in Westminster. Our service area includes Arvada, Broomfield, Commerce City, Denver, Edgewater, Golden, Lafayette, Louisville, Lakewood, Northglenn, Superior, Thornton, Westminster and Wheat Ridge.

Broker/owner Kathryn MacGeraghty strives to be a leader in the residential property management field. Kathryn has been awarded the MPM (Master Property Manager) designation by NARPM®. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Denver NARPM® Chapter since 2002 in various positions including 2008 Denver NARPM® Chapter President.

Kathryn has advertised and screened our tenants. She personally showed our apartments at the convenience of the renters. She was able to prepare leases, which were agreeable to all parties.
