Collect all assessments due from unit owners

Maintain all office records, books, & accounts for association
- Prepare for execution and filing by the Association, all forms, reports, & returns required by law

Assist in the preparation of the Associations operating budget
- Delinquency follow-up

Coordinate with auditor to finalize year-end audits, tax returns

Prompt handling of all homeowners inquiries

Receipt, review and processing of invoices for payment by association
