AVRO Community Management specializes in the management of homeowner associations.  Since our founding we have been a leader in the management of planned communities, condominiums, and cooperatives.  Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based upon the best practices within the community associations industry.

Our services

Our Full Service Community Management Includes the Following: 

Accounting

  • Collect all assessments due from unit owners

  • Maintain all office records, books, & accounts for association

  • Prepare for execution and filing by the Association, all forms, reports, & returns required by law
  • Monthly financial report preparation

  • Assist in the preparation of the Associations operating budget

  • Delinquency follow-up
  • Coordinate with auditor to finalize year-end audits, tax returns

  • Prompt handling of all homeowners inquiries

  • Receipt, review and processing of invoices for payment by association

Community Management

  • Annual Meeting Coordination

  • Attend Board of Directors and Annual Meetings

  • Liaison between Board of Directors and homeowners

  • Prepare monthly management report

  • Understand and communicate by-laws, declarations, and covenants to homeowners

  • Maintaining all association records

  • Knowledge of insurance policies, deductibles, and claim processing

  • Update community website


Operations Management

  • Handle sub-contractor bid process for associations

  • Coordination of on-site sub-contractors

  • Perform monthly inspections of community
