The mission of Ardsley Management Corporation is to provide accounting, administrative and property management services of the highest standards. Our objective is to protect and enhance property values of communities through our expertise in curb appeal, grounds maintenance and the preservation of structures.
Our firm was founded in 1984 and presently we provide services to over 9,000 homeowners and residents of nearly 100 Communities. It is our expertise in property management and customer service that has enabled Ardsley to become one of the largest association management companies in Central Indiana.

Ardsley has a corporate real estate license and is affiliated with The Community Associations Institute, The Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, The Better Business Bureau, The National Federation of Independent Business, and The Apartment Association of Indiana.
Our managers are involved in continuing education and are challenged to attend seminars relevant to property maintenance and business administration.
