- For any additional services, like court appearances, consultations, etc., our firm charges its regular clients a discounted fee of $60 per hour.
- Our staff is on duty to answer the phone on Saturday and Sunday, when the potential tenants are available to view your vacancy.
- The residents can pay the rent, establish direct deposit, submit maintenance requests directly on our web site, or call the office and request to debit their checking account.
A & E advertises your vacancies on up to 43 Internet websites, including Yahoo, Craig’s list, Multiple Listing Service and several major employers, like the Navy, at no cost to you. We maintain a waiting list for all our properties. Either party can terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. Our firm monitors changes in the Real Estate and the Fair Housing Law and keeps our personnel up-to-date. Leasing Services.
For landlords who want to manage their own properties, even though we do not recommend it for obvious legal reasons, we can perform leasing services that incorporate everything we do for property management, but we stop after the tenant moves in and pass the responsibilities of running the property to the owner.
For this type of service we charge 45% of one month’s gross rent.
